Finally, Shak has helped support clients in their CFO/ controller level functions to get through their FP&A and monthly reporting requirements.

I live my life by my leadership philosophy "inspire myself and others to be their best self."

I feel very fortunate to have accumulated the experiences I have over time from my childhood through today. I've overcome my own mental health challenges but I am stronger today because of it. I firmly believe that leadership begins with caring for one another, and together we can make a difference.

To support my leadership philosophy, I founded Bipolar Empath to share my experiences and perspectives on mental illness and mental health, My goal is to increase awareness on the topic, hold companies accountable for supporting their employees' mental health and breaking down the stigma surrounding speaking up when one is in need of support, Through speaking with other finance professionals and companies Bipolar Empath has been successful in having deep and authentic conversations with our audiences.
